Technioz was founded in 2024 by Gaurav Bhatia, a backend engineer who spent years building production systems — transport booking platforms processing $1M+ in ticket sales, fintech APIs, real-time chat, and AI pipelines — and wanted to bring that depth directly to growing businesses. Technioz works as a founder-led agency: you talk to the person who architects your system, supported by senior engineers we recruit and manage per project.
We operate as a remote-first company, collaborating closely with clients across the UAE, Oman, India, and beyond. Our model keeps overhead low and communication direct — daily standups, async updates, and video calls when it matters.
